Your information
Interview Rescue Pack prepares personal interview packs. This notice explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it. Contact: hello@interviewrescuepack.co.uk.
What we collect
- Your name and email address, to send you your pack.
- Your CV, the job advert, your interview worry, and anything else you choose to tell us.
- The examples you confirm in our example finder.
- Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
How we use it
Only to prepare and deliver your pack, and to help you if you contact us. We don't use it for marketing, and we don't sell it. The legal basis is performing our contract with you.
Who helps us
- Cloudflare: hosts the website and stores your order.
- Anthropic: the AI service that writes and checks your pack.
- Stripe: takes your payment.
- Resend: sends our emails.
Some of these services may process data outside the UK, under their standard data protection safeguards.
How long we keep it
- Your CV, the job advert and your answers: deleted automatically 30 days after your pack is delivered.
- Your pack: deleted automatically 90 days after it's delivered.
- Unfinished checkouts: deleted after 2 days.
- Payment records are kept by Stripe as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@interviewrescuepack.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
